Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1/2 cup diced lettuce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until it is browned and no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
